Do you work with international clients
Yes, absolutely. While our headquarters are in India, Exvilo operates globally. We have successfully collaborated with clients across different time zones, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.
Do you sell physical products?
No. We are strictly a digital company. We provide IT services and downloadable digital assets (software/templates). No physical shipping is involved.
Payments & Refunds
What are your payment terms?
For most service-based projects, we work on a milestone basis:
- 50% Advance: To book the slot and initiate research/design.
- 50% On Completion: Before the final handover of source codes and credentials.
- For smaller digital products, 100% upfront payment is required.
What is your Refund Policy?
We strive for excellence, but we also value our time. Once a project has commenced and resources have been allocated, payments are non-refundable. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of booking (before work starts), a full refund is processed.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and international payments via Razorpay and Stripe.
Project & Support
How long does it take to build a website or software?
It depends on the complexity. A standard business website takes 1-2 weeks, while custom software or apps can take 4-8 weeks. We will provide a detailed timeline in our initial proposal.
Will I own the code after the project is done?
Yes! Once the final payment is cleared, 100% of the Intellectual Property (Code, Design, Assets) is transferred to you. You are the owner.
Do you provide support after the project is finished?
Yes, we believe in long-term partnerships. We offer 10 days of free support after launch to fix any bugs. After that, we offer affordable Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to keep your system running smoothly.
